“ Best restaurant we’ve been to so far!! Beautiful ambiance, super friendly staff, and DELICIOUS food. My husband and I shared the wedge salad, the mozzarella and prosciutto pizza, and the key lime pie for dessert. All of which was only 50, a super affordable meal in the Keys! They list the ingredients they use for their pizza dough, as well as their sauce that is made fresh daily. I try to be conscious about ingredient quality, so this was super neat and an added plus! The Key lime pie, was the best I’ve ever had. My husband who typically hates that kind of pie, couldn’t stop eating this! It’s also a massive slice, so perfect sharing. You have to visit while you’re here! To top it all off, this place was featured in Diners Drive-ins and Dives. Also the Airstream trailer gift shop is a super cool touch! ”
“ We had an unforgettable experience at Sparky’s Landing – Fish n Cocktails! The atmosphere was fun and lively, perfect for unwinding after a great day on the water. The food was absolutely amazing — everything we ordered was packed with flavor, especially the brick oven pizza, which had the perfect crispy crust and bold, delicious toppings. What made it even more special was that we brought in our fresh catch from a fishing trip, and the kitchen prepared it to perfection — fried golden with an incredible homemade tartar sauce that was out of this world. It doesn’t get fresher than that! Great service, excellent drinks, and some of the best food in the Keys. Highly recommend Sparky’s for anyone visiting Marathon. We’ll definitely be back! ”
“ Sparky was just a little bit difficult to find at first if you don’t know where you’re going it’s actually behind the hotel located right on the water. It was so good that we went two nights in a row. The first night they had a live band that was super talented. My wife ordered a Miami Vice and it came out split perfectly down the middle half red and half white. Their smoked fish dip and concrete fritters are really what the taste of the keys are all about. The concrete fritters were crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside with good bites of chewy conch in the middle.The smoked fish dip was smoky and salty and just the way we like it. The second night, my wife was ready for a change from seafood, and so she ordered a pizza, and damn if that wasn’t one of the best pizzas we’ve ever tried! So who knew? When you’re down in the keys, you can also come to Sparky’sfor a delicious slice! ”
“ Always a must when in Marathon! They have the best happy hour with peel n eat and wing options that are also gluten free. Their drink menu is always a great place to start and the mojitos with gluten free rum(normally Pilar in the keys) never disappoint. The food options all rock, so prepare to kick back and watch the sunset. Miss their original location in Key colony from many years ago, but this is one spot that is not to be missed. ”
“ Love the happy hour here. Great environment. Great service. We cooked our catch and did all three styles. Collectively, the blackened was my favorite but others in the group really enjoyed the fried option. We went back a second night (without a catch) to enjoy the happy hour and live music. Beautiful views! Oh and had to come e back and edit to mention the conch fritters! They were amazing!! ”
“ We had delicious food (the fish tacos, the conch chowder, and the blackened snapper) and amazing service (think our server’s name was Emee?) at Sparky’s earlier in the week. Our food came out fresh and hot and it was very tasty. Lots of flavour and well seasoned. Even the beans and rice that were served on the side with the fish tacos was fresh and not mushy. We are on vacation in the area and we will absolutely be returning to Sparky’s before we head home! ”
“ We enjoyed our visit to Sparkey's! We caught 3 lbs of fish and brought it into the restaurant. 15 per person and included a side. They gave us three options on how to prepare our fish so we did fried, broiled and blackened. ALL were delicious but our favorite was blackened. Would highly recommend for a quick and yummy bite. The water view was very nice too! ”
